Business Operation Specialist

• Conduct suitable research with stakeholders: clients, partners and internal departments to propose initiatives and solutions to optimize Go-to-Market operation.

• Regularly coordinate with Sales and related departments to identify GTM problems, collect these problems via data analysis and observation.

• Implement and describe solutions via documents or User Story, flowcharts, Figma, or equivalent tools for the development team and stakeholders.

• Inspect, monitor, and trouble-shoot the solution throughout the deployment process and operations to continuously improve and optimize efficiency.

• Research competitor & new SaaS products according to the company product roadmap: analyze, compare and make improvement recommendations for the R&D team.

III/ REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in relevant positions.

• Result-oriented and strong data-mindset. Strong commitment, critical thinking approach and ownership towards goals or targets assigned

• Good observer & effective communicator

• Fast learner (Technology): ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience in eCommerce or software outsourcing services or SaaS is a plus;

• Proficient English: 6.0 IELTS or equivalent (higher is a plus)
