Job Description

  • Handling internal and administrative tasks assigned by the CEO
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments with partners and other relevant events.
  • Responsible for receiving messages and information from the CEO and delivering to relevant internal parties. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments. Analyze and review employees performance and report to the CEO.
  • Provide assistance with tasks related to human resources, marketing, company culture or internal events.
  • Help advise the CEO on any prospective plan or business strategy. May be asked to make decision on behalf of the CEO in urgent matters while the CEO is absence.
  • Conduct other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Economic, Law, Marketing, Psychology, Business Management … or related-fields.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good working knowledge of Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Ability to coordinate in a team environment
  • Have a sense of strategic vision.
  • Excellent organization and time-management
  • Knowledge of business management
