Chuyên viên CNTT - Mảng AI (Artificial Intelligent)

1. Participate in developing and implementing the overall direction for AI-related initiatives and projects.

2. Prepare detailed plans and manage tasks related to AI development and application.

3. Supervise and support the development team in building and deploying AI solutions, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance.

4. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and optimal use of resources.

5. Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, and apply them to real-world projects.

6. Ensure the quality and performance of AI projects through regular testing and evaluation.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and IT team's leader.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and related technologies.

• Deep expertise in data management.

Management Skills

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing work.

• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage conflicts.

• Ability to inspire and motivate the team.

Other Requirements

• Understanding of legal and ethical regulations related to AI.

• Knowledge of risk management and relevant industry standards.

• English proficiency sufficient to meet job requirements.
