Job Description

  • Vận hành các hệ thống liên quan đến xử lý tín dụng: phân tích, đánh giá và báo cáo hiệu quả vận hành hệ thống
  • Tiếp nhận và chuyển tiếp các xử cố/lỗi phát sinh nội bộ đến các đơn vị có liên quan xử lý và triển khai các phương án dự phòng hợp lý
  • Làm việc với các đơn vị nội bộ xử lý tín dụng nhằm thu thập các yêu cầu gửi đến phòng quản lý dự án, CNTT để xây dựng hệ thống
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với phòng quản lý dự án, CNTT để kiểm tra, triển khai các dự án liên quan đến hệ thống nghiệp vụ theo yêu cầu
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học
  • Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các vị trí liên quan đến quản lý vận hành hệ thống, ưu tiên trong cách tổ chức tài chính, ngân hàng.
  • Am hiểu các hệ thống trong call center: PEGA, Genesys hoặc liên quan.
  • Kiến thức về hệ thống, quy trình, quản lý dự án
  • Kỹ năng báo cáo, phân tích tốt
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống
  • Sử dụng tốt công cụ Microsoft Office và sử dụng cơ bản SQL
  • Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản
