Job Description

- Responsible for managing Continuous Engineering team and make sure all goals/targets are met at the given timeline.

- Responsible for driving/reviewing the researched and developed machine automation, tools, attachments, templates to support production efficiency, utilization and costs savings.

- Train and develop skills of Engineering team at the same time managing the team by giving directions, right tasks and drive results.

- Collaborate with Kaizen team for the development of tools, attachments, templates and automation.

- Inform related departments on the approved/aligned automation and follow through in actual usage.

KHUNG NĂNG LỰC/ COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK

Job Requirement

1.      Bằng Cử nhân/ Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành may, quản lý công nghiệp, hệ thống công nghiệp,

(University/College Degree in Sewing Technology and Production Management Field)

2.      Tiếng Anh giao tiếp: Khá có thể nghe, nói, làm báo cáo cho sếp người nước ngoài

English proficiency: good, can speak and write report

Good in MS office skill: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook mail

Have experience in mechanical engineering field and Sewing production management is a plus

Have knowledge about Customer standards: Adidas, Nike, Puma  is a plus
