Data Analyst

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they deliver accurate, timely insights for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to design and implement a scalable data warehouse architecture that supports BI needs.

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Identify and translate business needs into technical specifications by working closely with stakeholders.
• Manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to user training, ensuring data accuracy through quality controls and validation processes.
• Provide technical guidance on BI tools and software and stay updated on BI trends to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Proficiency in English, particularly in writing and speaking.
• Proven experience using Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Strong background in data warehousing principles, with experience in setting up data warehouses from scratch.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with data manipulation languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of data modelling and data governance practices.
