Database Support (Database Admin)

JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE

• Support end users on sales office and and sales man issues.
• Implement IT strategy under the direction of superiors.
• Learn and research IT solutions to suit the company's operations.
• Apply operation, backup database, maintenance, management of database sales.
• Receive requests for sales database.
• Support reports of promotions.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES

• Check and Import data Sales into the software.
• Support report sales: Report Sales target/Sales in/Sales out by daily/monthly/Quarterly
• Setup program promotion sales.
• Support user office and sales man
• Participate in supporting the team's software projects
• Maintenance system and backup sales database
• Perform software installations about Sales.
• Troubleshoot about sales software.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Report sales by daily/monthly/quarterly ensure data exactly and on deadline
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting all sales software issues: Implement the tasks safety, properly, and on-time.
• Support sales man when troubles is software
• Update the latest technology, understanding technical documents.
• Ability apply new technologies sales software

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Fianance, Acounting, BA...
• 1 - 3 years experiences in Masterdata/Database/Admin/Network Database Support
• Strong Microsoft office (special Excel)
• Know how to use SQL server and VBA - Excel (basic)
• Can use English at work
