Job Description

- Vận hành và giám sát các hệ thống ứng dụng như Core Banking, Core thẻ, và các hệ thống phụ trợ khác như IBM ESB, ECM, ….
- Hỗ trợ tiếp nhận và triển khai các thay đổi lên môi trường UAT
- Hỗ trợ BU trong quá trình thực hiện UAT testing
- Xử lý các sự cố, vấn đề trong qua trình BU thực hiện UAT.
- Thu thập logs và phối hợp với đội DEV/Vendor để Xử lý các sự cố phức tạp
- Tham gia xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu Vận hành

Job Requirement

1. Experience: 
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương
- 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong vận hành hệ thống ứng dụng
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường tài chính/ngân hàng 
2. Acknowledgments:
- Kiến thức cơ bản về Linux OS và Shell scripting
- Hiểu biết về application servers (Websphere, Tomcat)
- Kiến thức cơ bản về SQL và các hệ CSDL Oracle, MySQL
- Kỹ năng troubleshooting và phân tích logs
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp tốt
