Document Digitalization Intern

ofi Vietnam was established in 1997, and since then, they have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, with a head office in Ho Chi Minh City and more than 20 regional offices in various provinces. They are currently the largest exporter of cashews, pepper, and instant coffee in Vietnam, and they operate seven large factories with 7,500 employees across Central and South Vietnam. Their operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers, and they have established sustainability programs for black pepper, coffee, and cashew.

Overview

We are seeking an Intern to assist in the digitalization of documents and streamlining processes across all departments. Intern will support the development of a strategy for digitalizing documents and eliminate unnecessary paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully completing the document's categorization procedures efficiently.
• The measurement of the time, cost, and headcount savings that we are expecting from going digital.
• Developing a feasible strategy for carrying out the changes.

• Final year or freshed students in bachelor in information technology or Information System Management.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service and remote working policy (2-3 days per week depending on tasks).
• Must have good academic records
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and able to work well with others
• Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn
