Hà Nội - Senior Manual Tester

• Develop comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform a diverse range of testing types, including functional testing, non-functional testing (performance, security, etc.), and API testing.
• Provide testing support for web/desktop applications created by our in-house IT development team, ensuring end-to-end testing and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from Blueprinting to Implementation.
• Review and analyze software requirements, identifying any unclear or inconsistent elements and seeking clarification through Q&A processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to design effective test strategies.
• Analyze, report, and monitor test results, tracking defects in the system and investigating defect reports from production support to isolate their root causes.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure adequate resolution of defects and conduct retesting as necessary.
• Produce clear and concise testing documentation, strictly adhering to the testing process.
• Actively participate in Agile meetings (stand-ups, planning, reviews, etc.) to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and provide testing feedback within Agile sprint teams.
• Work closely with development and business teams to communicate the impact of issues and understand business requirements.
• Provide regular reports to QA leadership or Functional/ Dedicated Team Leader, updating on task progress and status.
• Collaborate as a member of the Functional/Dedicated Development Team for one or multiple modules.
• Maintain close alignment with QC Lead and colleagues to ensure testing scope and objectives are consistent across assigned modules.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute them, while raising defects and performing test closure activities within each s.
• Analyze tickets, defect trends, and stakeholder feedback to improve testing quality and effectiveness.
• Take ownership of testing services within the assigned Functional/Dedicated Team.
• Proactively escalate any concerns or quality risks to the QC Lead following the escalation process.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, and the Scrum Team to break down and clarify regression test cases for manual and automation testing.
• Engage in recommended training activities to enhance competencies, testing techniques, and process understanding, as suggested by Team Leaders.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant majors.
• At least 3+ year of experience as a QC/Tester with good experience in manual testing for web- based, desktop applications, and backend services.
• Proactive, eager to learn, young and dynamic, you want to blossom contributing to a company in full expansion.
• Business proficient level of English to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work.
• Strong test case design skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manual QC processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards.
• Ability to effectively manage time, and arrange and carry out multiple tasks of different priorities.
• Be a team player and able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision as well.
• Knowledge about Agile Project Methodology.
• Database query using SQL.
• Able to execute test suite in Selenium or any other auto testing tools/platform is plus.
• Having experience in API test, Performance test or Security test is a plus.
• Having experience in the Consumer Finance/Banking systems testing will be preferred.
• Able to handle or experienced with business analysis will be preferred.
