Job Description

  • Monitor performance on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Core Network
  • Perform health checks on Wide Area Network (WAN) and Core Network Carry out system backups, recovery plans & disaster recovery
  • Vendor-liaison on hardware/services according to SLA
  • Vendor coordination for replacement of faulty hardware
  • Provide coordination and escalation on service outages with service provider/network vendors
  • Raising, Handling and Resolving Incidents and support sales Outlets (POS)
  • Perform and monitor computer operations at the data centre and to maintain, install and serve data network communication equipment

Job Requirement

  • College / Bachelor Degree relevant
  • From 1 to 2 years of experience in the related fields
  • Have CCNA (at least) or equivalent certificate
  • Ability in English
  • Must prepare to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Must have knowledge in networking fundamentals, monitoring tools & trouble shooting
