Job Description

Quản lý truy cập & bảo vệ dữ liệu

  • Kiểm soát tài khoản người dùng và quyền truy cập vào các hệ thống quan trọng.
  • Mã hóa dữ liệu để ngăn chặn truy cập trái phép.

Hỗ trợ tuân thủ & chính sách bảo mật

  • Hỗ trợ đảm bảo hệ thống tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật GDPR, Nghị định 13 (Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân), ISO 27001, v.v.
  • Cập nhật chính sách và quy trình bảo mật theo tình hình thực tế.
  • Hỗ trợ kiểm tra bảo mật định kỳ và làm việc với đội kiểm toán.

Đào tạo & nâng cao nhận thức bảo mật

  • Hướng dẫn nhân viên về social engineering, phishing, bảo mật email và chính sách bảo mật của tập đoàn.
  • Hỗ trợ các bộ phận IT khác trong việc thực hiện tiêu chuẩn bảo mật.

Job Requirement

Trình độ học vấn:

Trình độ đại học Công nghệ thông tin hoặc bằng cấp tương đương.

Kỹ năng cần thiết (Necessary skills):

  • Hiểu biết về hệ điều hành Windows, Linux, bảo mật mạng, mã hóa, quản lý rủi ro.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ bảo mật: Firewall, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, DLP.
  • Có kinh nghiệm với Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management.
  • Biết lập trình cơ bản Python, PowerShell, Bash là một lợi thế.

Chứng chỉ liên quan:

  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) (lợi thế)

Yêu cầu khác (Other requests):

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và diễn giải tốt.
  • Kỹ năng đọc hiểu và soạn thảo hướng dẫn, quy trình, qui định, chính sách.
  • Hiểu biết về các quy định và chính sách về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
