Job Description

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, server, network
  • Experience in ordering software, OS and handle problems related to office equipment
  • Knowledge of Networking and LAN/WAN systems (Having CCNA certification is a plus)
  • Know how to use and configure network allocation devices such as Router, Access point, switch…
  • Know how to use popular online meeting software such as Microsoft Team, Zoom meetings…
  • Check and fix errors in hardware, IT network
  • Catch errors like Lan/Wan, mail, basic software…
  • Knowledge about security
  • Support staffs and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software
  • Manage the use, maintenance and replacement of damaged IT equipment
  • Operate and administrator the entire network, internal mail
  • Manage, check and fix problems with camera, computer, printer, timekeeper, phone
  • Install software and operating system, allocate computers to employees
  • Be careful, hard-working, have righteous thoughts, do not hesitate to argue to come up with the best solution, save time, effort and cost
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in offices and stores

Job Requirement

  • Competitive official salary 14M - 18M, with salary reviews based on work efficiency and leader evaluations.
  • College/ University & related certification.
  • At least 02 year or more of experience related to hardware, network.
  • Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, server, networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved IPs.
  • Positive thinking, Proactive/ Creative
  • Know how to arrange and work scientifically, capable of system analysis / design
  • Communication skills, orientation and situation solving
  • Skills to capture and master new technologies
  • Ability to work independently / in groups
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, self-discipline, and proactive work approach.
  • Experience in IT support in sales units is an advantage.
