Job Description

  • Design, install, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and manage security systems to protect data and systems.
  • Respond to IT requests and provide technical support to employees.
  • Train staff on new hardware, software, and system updates.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, logs, and manuals.
  • Perform disaster recovery operations and ensure business continuity.
  • Escalate and track unresolved issues, providing regular updates to management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions.
  • Understanding of database and network security systems.
  • Proficiency in English, especially in speaking and writing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and manage teams.
  • Experience managing 2-3 employees is a plus.
