IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

1. Infrastructure and Administration Support

• Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows servers, anti-virus software, and desktop management systems to ensure compliance with company requirements;
• Provide admin work on server, network LAN/ WAN including routers, network switches, wireless networks;
• Oversee system implementation on infrastructure design and deployment;
• Provide technical support to all sites, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex matters as needed.

2. Risk Management, Governance & Control

• Responsible for prepare standard guideline, manual and script related IT documentations on infrastructure & architecture;
• Review and maintenance security architecture and relevant policies for the organization infrastructure and cyber resilience.

3. Ad-Hoc Project Support

• Provide infrastructure support according to project implementation as assigned by manager;
• Provide R&D on IT new technology as assigned by supervisors.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Experience: Over 5 years's experience, prefer relevant experience in manufaturing:

• Hand on experience with wide infrastructure products on Microsoft platform AD/ DNS/ Exchange/ SQL;
• Hand on experience on Linux, Docker, K8s;
• Experience working with network protocols, including TCP/ IP, BGP;
• Experience on VoIP and PBX;
• Knowledge of wired and wireless architecture, design and implementation with sold experience on Cisco/ Ruckus;
• Experience security configuration in firewall, endpoint, server.

​3. Language: Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus.
