IT Support Executive

Main tasks:

• Technical support to internal end-user, main bases on the MS365 environment
• Provide adequate administration/maintenance activities for the system availability including.
• Plan, control and ensure the company’s ICT infrastructure & equipment in the best quality

Requirements:

• Having 2-3 years of experience in system administration and end-user support activities
• Having strong English communication skills
• Experience in setting up and maintaining the Microsoft platform, specially MS365 - Office 365; Linux and open-source applications is an advantage!
• Familiar working in Office 365 and MS365 environment: Email, Teams, Onedrive, SharePoint, Viva, Power Apps, ..etc
• Knowledge: College degree in ICT;
• Certifications: Project management, Cloud platform, Basic web/apps Coding... -  An advantage recruitment.

Skills:

• Good understanding of large & complex Office365, MS365, Operating systems
• Strong communication skill
• Very good at problem self-solving. Passionately learn to work
• Responsible, accurate, and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines
• Good skills in teamwork, Followup and time management
