- Provide L1/L2 global IT support for end users across regions and time zones
- Support Windows 10/11 corporate devices (basic macOS support is a plus)
- Troubleshoot user access, connectivity, VPN, and application issues (M365, ERP, AI Portal)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, gateway, client‑side connectivity)
- Support Microsoft 365 daily operations (user lifecycle, licenses, access)
- Perform Intune operations (device enrollment, compliance, application issues)
- Operate the IT Service Portal (incident handling, service requests, approvals, SLA follow‑up)
- Maintain knowledge base and request forms in the service portal
- Perform IT Asset Management: asset assignment, transfer, return, decommission, and audit support
- Support factory IT operations and enforce Factory USB Security Policy
- Enforce IT security policies (managed devices, MFA, USB controls)
- Participate in global on‑call rotation for critical incidents and production impacts
- Managed L1 3rd party IT resources if any.
