KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage campus IT team for the smooth operation as plans and requirements
- Ensure the IT service at Campus Level matching with business need.
- Manage IT Operation at campus.
- Enhance the satisfaction by end users at campus.
- Initiative/Ideas to improve the quality at campus level.
- Support project roll-out initiated by central office.
WORK DETAILS:
1. Manage IT operation at campus:
- Receive and allocate jobs (including ticket from IT helpdesk system) reasonably to IT staff; supervise the process of solving problems/ticket; monitor working quality/result/performance, including committed processing time (SLA). Periodically report to SD/SM/OM and IT central office.
- Install, set up computers, networks, and deploy IT devices and IT standard applications of the campus as the policies defined by IT HO; ensure they always function well as expected.
- Plan of periodical maintenance for all IT devices and application systems at campus level.
- Manage access to Server Room/Network cabinet at campus and record in detail who enter the server room and reason in access log.
- Play the role of IT representative to:
§ Inform/update IT news or policies for the campus.
§ Cooperate with other departments to solve relevant matters.
§ Summarize requests/feedbacks at campus, report to IT central office as well as propose solutions to improve the IT service quality under the supervision and support of IT central office.
- Propose to SM/OM, IT central office the ideas/actions to improve, optimize the procedures, enhance work efficiency.
2. Developing capacity of the campus IT team
- Inspire, create a cohesive, open working environment, maximize the capacity of the team members; encourage ideas, creativity, innovation in order to improve work efficiency, improve the level of satisfaction of end users.
- Set the goal and objectives for technicians at campus in order to achieve the KPI for whole IT Team at campus.
3. Annual budget making, IT assets managing:
- Lead the process to make annual budget in their own campus and submit central office on process.
- Manage, sort IT devices by condition; manage full life cycle of IT devices; conduct and report inventory periodically.
- Manage the IT devices handover/return process each semester (including summer term); manage the allocation/lending/repairing/returning of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with Audit team in Central Office to undertake the annual counting for asset inventory.
4. Collaborate with IT central office:
- Collaborate with IT central office to set up and install the network & system in campus according to IT Security Policy.
- Compliant to the guideline by IT central office in managing the IT Platform at campus.
- Supervise the project roll out initiated by Central Office in alignment with IT Project Governance.
- Periodically submit the report to IT central office following the standard template.
5. Other tasks as needed except direct supervision of children.
