- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications in close collaboration with Product Manager, BA/PO, UX/UI, Backend, and Mobile teams.
- Take ownership of iOS technical architecture and implementation, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Drive engineering excellence by enforcing coding standards, improving code quality, and adopting modern iOS technologies and best practices.
- Raise the bar by reviewing each other's code, share knowledge, tips and tricks, and generally help out - within and across teams. This may include pair programming.
- Monitor the performance of the live apps and continuously improve them on both code and experience level.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science (CS) fundamentals with Bachelor’s Degree in CS (or similar technical field of study).
- 5+ years of experience in iOS Development using Swift.
- Proficient with design pattern: MVVM, Coordinator
- Proficient with iOS modern Architecture: Clean Architecture, modularization, etc.
- Experience with Combine, Swift Concurrency, Diffable DataSource, Swift Package, etc.
- Producing responsive, beautiful UIs, as well as different screen size and various android version classes compatibility
- Experience with maps, BLE, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Experience using tools Git, Github / Gitlab and Jira / Redmine and Figma
- Experience in including unit tests, automated UI tests, API stubs/mocks, etc.
- Understanding API interactions from end-to-end, particularly with RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding with general principles: SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, etc.
- Experience with 3rd party libraries integration, such as: Firebase, GA, Facebook, AppFlyers, Snapkit, etc.
- Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies
- Compliance with both standard coding convention, code styles of Android Kotlin development and particicular ones from OCB.
- Leadership is the plus
