Legal Specialist/ Chuyên viên Pháp chế

• Prepare and submit documents related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, and other licenses.
• Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arisingduring operations and activities of the company.
• Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in HighStandard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliancewith the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
• Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and propose strategies to avoid costly
  litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
• Monitor and track new regulations, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support
  management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
• Liaising with the competent authorities and many internal functional departments to complete assigned tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Legal Manager.

• Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law and University of Economics HCMC
• At least 3-years of working experience (investment, e-commerce, retail, merchants, technology).
• Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone.
• Good command of written English is required.
• Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to investment/retail/e-commerce/Technology field;
• Careful, meticulous and pay attention to details;
• Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advices
  in a business environment;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
• Ability to work independently, proactive, services mindset under high pressure.
• Hardworking, teamwork & result-oriented.
