Job Description

• Quản lý và sao lưu dữ liệu máy chủ.

• Kiểm tra, xử lý các vấn đề về hệ thống mạng, antivirus, mail server , máy chấm công.

• Xử lý các vấn đề hàng ngày phát sinh như: máy phocopy, máy in, camera, cable mạng, chuẩn bị thiết bị cho các cuộc họp...

• Thay thế, sửa chữa thiết bị còn có thể sử dụng.

• Cấp phát trang thiết bị máy tính, laptop, email, khởi tạo tài khoản người dùng software đối với nhân viên mới.

• Làm hồ sơ thu hồi trang thiết bị và backup email, dữ liệu đối với nhân viên nghỉ việc.

• Hổ trợ người dùng cuối các vấn đề cài đặt hệ điều hành, phần mềm, các lỗi phát sinh...

• Lập kế hoạch vệ sinh và bảo dưỡng máy tính, laptop định kỳ.

• Lên dự toán các phần mềm sẽ có kế hoạch gia hạn trong năm, các chi phí có thể tổng hợp hàng năm như lượng mực in thường sử dụng hàng năm

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học/Cao đẳng CNTT hoặc liên quan; có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản lý hệ thống mạng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng anh cơ bản
  • Hiểu biết về hệ điều hành, bảo mật, và các thiết bị văn phòng.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích sự cố, giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
