- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng: tìm kiếm, sàng lọc hồ sơ ứng viên, liên hệ & phỏng vấn,các thủ tục tiếp nhận nhân viên mới & đào tạo hội nhập…

- Chấm công, tính phép, thực hiện các thủ tục BHXH...

- Xây dựng quy trình, chính sách...

- Tổ chức truyền thông nội bộ...

- Hỗ trợ nhân viên mới nắm bắt công việc và quy định công ty theo kế hoạch.

- Các công việc khác theo sự sắp xếp của quản lý

Job Requirement

- Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên các ngành Quản lý nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh, kế toán, công nghệ thông tin

- Cẩn thận trong công việc, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao

- Chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, nhanh nhẹn, hòa đồng với mọi người, trung thực, ham học hỏi.

- Biết kết nối các bộ phận với nhau.

- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.

- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 có thể làm đêm thời gian sắp xếp linh hoạt theo yêu cầu công việc
