Job Description

1. Hỗ trợ người dùng:

- Xử lý các lỗi phát sinh của phần mềm, phần cứng, mạng liên quan đến người dùng cuối

- Hỗ trợ các phòng ban kiểm kê tài sản, thiết bị CNTT

2. Triển khai thiết bị và đảm bảo vận hành CNTT:

- Lắp đặt thiết bị CNTT tại cửa hàng, kho vận, văn phòng phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh

- Thu hồi, quản lý các thiết bị CNTT không sử dụng

- Đề xuất mua sắm, thanh lý thiết bị CNTT

- Đảm bảo vận hành hạ tầng hệ thống CNTT

3. Công việc khác

- Làm việc với đối tác về hợp đồng cũng như liên hệ xử lý khi có vấn đề cần phối hợp

- Các công việc khác được giao

Job Requirement

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật máy tính, Công nghệ thông tin và các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan

- Tối thiểu 1 năm ở vị trí tương đương ở các Công ty có quy mô tối thiểu 50 máy tính

- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có hiểu biết và kinh nghiệm về quản lý, vận hành, giám sát, bảo trì, nâng cấp hệ thống hạ tầng CNTT của công ty bao gồm: phần cứng (máy chủ, máy tính cá nhân, bộ định tuyến, thiết bị chuyển mạch...)

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm vận hành Google Cloud Platform

- Kiến thức chuyên môn về thiết bị phần cứng: máy tính, máy in, thiết bị mạng, camera

- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp

- Kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề

- Sẵn sàng đi công tác tỉnh
