1. **Network Systems Administration:** (Support for Leader)

- Bố trí, giám sát, và xử lý sự cố cho hệ thống mạng LAN/WAN và các thiết bị mạng (switch, router, firewall...).

- Setup, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN systems and network devices (switches, routers, firewalls...).

2. **Timekeeping and Wifi System Management:**

- Giám sát và xử lý sự cố cho hệ thống máy chấm công, hệ thống wifi của công ty.

- Monitor and troubleshoot the timekeeping system and company's wifi system.

3. **NAS Storage Device Administration:**

- Quản trị thiết bị lưu trữ NAS.

- Administer NAS storage devices.

4. **Security Enhancement:**

- Thường xuyên giám sát và nâng cao tính bảo mật của hệ thống thiết bị mạng và server.

- Regularly monitor and enhance the security of network equipment and servers.

5. **Data Backup and Restoration:**

- Phụ trách sao lưu dữ liệu và phục hồi dữ liệu khi cần thường xuyên.

- In charge of backing up and restoring data as needed on a regular basis.

6. **Telephone Exchange System Management:**

- Giám sát, xử lý sự cố bước đầu cho hệ thống tổng đài điện thoại.

- Initial monitoring and troubleshooting for the telephone exchange system.

7. **Computer Hardware and Network Access Support:**

- Giải quyết các vấn đề về phần cứng máy tính và e-mail, Internet, dial-in và các vấn đề truy cập mạng.

- Resolve computer hardware, e-mail, Internet, dial-in, and network access problems.

8. **Equipment Management and Procurement:**

- Quản lý thiết bị, báo giá, đặt hàng, đảm bảo cung cấp đầy đủ thiết bị cho người dùng.

- Manage equipment, quotes, orders, and ensure the adequate supply of equipment for users.

Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2- thứ 7 (7h30 - 16h30)

- Kinh nghiệm: Ưu 1-2 năm / Experience: 1-2 years.

- Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp / English communication là một lợi thế

- Bằng cấp: Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành hệ thống thông tin, mạng máy tính / Degree: University/College majoring in information systems and computer networks.

- Hiểu biết về G Suite: Email, sheet, app script, blogger, form, kết nối dữ liệu, phân tích báo cáo sản xuất / G Suite skills: Email, sheets, app script, blogger, forms, data connection, production report analysis.

- Hiểu biết về VOIP, Monitor system, Linux là một lợi thế / Knowledge of VOIP, Monitor, Linux systems is an advantage.

- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và giao tiếp tốt / Ability to work independently and communicate well.
