Job Description

- Kiểm tra về giá, mã sản phẩm từ bộ phận sale xem đúng chưa, sau lên tiến hành thủ tục thu tiền của khách hàng;

- Kiểm tra thuế của từng bang và theo dõi các khoản thu từ khách hàng

- Lập báo cáo thu chi hàng tháng

- Các công việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng bộ phận và Ban Lãnh đạo

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyền nghành kế toán, tài chính ngân hàng hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan
  • 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm kế toán kho
  • Cần cù, chăm chỉ, ham học hỏi
  • Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Word , Excel) ưu tiên biết thêm phần mềm Ocean
  • Tư duy mạch lạc, logic.
  • Làm việc độc lập, khả năng chịu áp lực công việc, xử lý công việc linh hoạt
  • Tiếng anh khá trở lên
  • Làm theo giờ của Mỹ: 10PM - 6AM
