Product Manager

As the Business Analyst ​- Digital Transformation, you will be a trustworthy partner to our clients, providing them with cutting-edge technology solutions and industry best practices to achieve their business objectives. Your extensive expertise will be crucial in leading clients’ digital transformation projects within the marketing domain, from strategy formulation to execution.

Job Responsibility

• Develop digital transformation strategies for our clients. Provide expert advice on technology solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements.
• Oversee system modifications. Actively lead to identify and fix technical problems.
• Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.
• Manage projects with Tech partners/ companies.

• Proper leadership mindset and viewpoint.
• Ability to explain technology in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
• Strong organizational skills for delivering a high volume of quality work.
• Capable of working independently and flexibly.

Experience and Education

• Proven working experience in Digital Marketing/ System Development.
• Practical experience in Web or App Development/ CDP/ CRM/ E-commerce.
• Experience collaborating with Tech vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of the system and technology.
• In-depth understanding of Vietnam's Digital Marketing market.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing Technology.
