Product Owner (Middle/Senior)

- Champion a single product‘s vision: Deeply understand the product‘s purpose, target users, and its role within the larger company ecosystem.
- Translate needs into action: Define clear product requirements and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
- Prioritize the product backlog: Continuously manage and refine the order of development tasks to deliver maximum value and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the development team: Work closely with developers in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution.
- Support users and stakeholders: Be the point of contact for product questions, address issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), with Sundays off.

- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and launching digital products.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience leading teams using these frameworks.
- Expertise in defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a user-centric mindset.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Domain knowledge in retail, eCommerce, or fintech is highly advantageous.
