SAP Specialist

JOB TITLE: SAP Specialist

WORKING PLACE: 569 Tran Hung Dao, Dist.1, HCMC & Willing to travel to factory site.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Create, update, and maintain SAP master data records in accordance with organizational guidelines and data governance policies.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and validate data inputs for SA, build the business process for the modules..

- Identify opportunities for process improvements related to SAP master data management.

- Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of master data processes.

- Work closely with stakeholders to establish and refine data entry processes and standards.

- Liaise with various departments, including but not limited to finance, procurement, and production, engineering, quality to understand their master data requirements.

- Oversee the installation of system with IT infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, include data security and privacy.

- Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP master data-related issues.

- Other tasks will be assigned by Project Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-  At least 2 years’ working experience  in implementing and supporting SAP solution.

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO in order to facilitate the implementation such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, Inter-company Accounting, focus on Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Monthly closing, Activity-Based Costing ...and experience in Production Planning (PP) will have added advantage.

- Experience in testing processes and providing user training.

- Good soft skills like collaboration, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

- Willingness to learn and commitment to deadlines.
