Senior Account

• Conduct all stages of assigned projects.

• Develop plan, staff, budget, and timeline for each project.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Develop new business with new or existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

• Directly work with third party such as vendors, subcontractors, …

• Manage internal team, working quality of team members

• Organize and participate in brainstorming meeting.

• Other duties assigned by Manager.

• Graduated university with major in Advertising/Digital Marketing is preferred.

• Proven experience years in Agency, Advertising/Digital Marketing company as Account Executive or relevant role is preferred.

• Communicate fluently in verbal and written in English and Vietnamese.

• Ability to predict the client needs and connect with the current products/services of the company

• Had experience in managing a team. Good in teamwork and understand internal issues and external problems.
