Senior Business Analyst (IT Projects)

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the IT team.

• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

• Define business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with IT solutions.

• Support eCommerce integration, ERP integration, and other IT-related system implementations.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.

• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Prepare documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), use cases, process flows, and system specifications.

• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding.

• Provide training and support to stakeholders on new systems and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects. 

• Strong experience with eCommerce and ERP integrations. 

• Solid understanding of business process modeling and documentation techniques. 

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. 

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 

• Ability to interact with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and process modeling software.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in retail or eCommerce industry. 

• Knowledge of API integrations and system data flows. 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
