Senior Business Intelligence

SUMMARY:

Senior Business Intelligence is responsible for calculating and determining business metrics. Assisting other departments/business roles with enhancing and conserving various management reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Evaluate and define business metrics
• Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports, analyze them, and deliver actionable insight
• Provide deep-dive analysis report & recommendation on service performance, highlight any trends, patterns, or changes that may impact the overall conversion of specific strategic business use cases
• Ad-hoc Reporting Data Analysis duties or other responsibilities when required

• Fast learner, quick adapter.
• University degree in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Above 2 years of industry experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics role with proven business impact.
• Experience in MySQL, BigQuery, and PowerBI is compulsory.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Power Query, and Power Pivots.
• Knowing statistical programming languages (Python, AirFlow, Airbyte) to manipulate and draw insights and ETL data from large data sets is a plus.
• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
