Job Description

1. Quản lý và vận hành hệ thống hạ tầng (On-Premise)

  • Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hạ tầng theo DevOps, đảm bảo bảo mật (Security), tính liên tục (Continuity), khả năng mở rộng (Scalability).
  • Quản lý và triển khai DevSecOps, tự động hóa bảo mật, kiểm tra mã nguồn, đánh giá bảo mật liên tục.
  • Tích hợp công cụ CI/CD để tối ưu quy trình phát triển phần mềm và hạ tầng.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ chuyên môn khác theo yêu cầu.

2. Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống bảo mật

  • Quản lý, triển khai và bảo trì hệ thống firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, đảm bảo an toàn mạng.
  • Phát triển và thực thi chính sách bảo mật theo tiêu chuẩn ISO, GDPR, SOC2.
  • Giám sát, phát hiện và xử lý sự cố bảo mật, thiết lập hệ thống monitoring & logging.
  • Phối hợp với đội phát triển để tích hợp bảo mật vào quy trình phần mềm.
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra bảo mật định kỳ (VAPT), khắc phục lỗ hổng và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật.

Job Requirement

  • Học vấn: Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm, Khoa học Máy tính.
  • Kinh nghiệm:
    • 5+ năm ở vị trí SRE / DevOps Engineer, đặc biệt trên On-Premise.
    • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm.
    • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với OTT, streaming video.
  • Kỹ năng chính:
    • Ảo hóa & Container: VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Bảo mật: VPN, Firewall, IDS/IPS, tiêu chuẩn ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2.
    • Hệ điều hành: Linux/Unix, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
    • Mạng: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS.
    • Lập trình: Shell Script, Go/Python.
    • Giám sát: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk.
    • Cloud & CI/CD: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Git, Ansible, Terraform.
    • Kiểm thử & Tối ưu: Phân tích hiệu suất hệ thống & ứng dụng.
