Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Purpose:
- Operate, and ensure the network system is stable and smooth.
- Improve, upgrade, and optimize the network system to satisfy current and future requirements
Key Requirements:
- Operate the WAN network system between the data center and main offices (DC, DR, HO). There are also many branches in other provinces.
- Operate the Internet system at all sites to ensure a stable service.
- Good knowledge in configuration and managing different devices such as Cisco SAN switch, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Palo Alto firewall, Cisco router, and ASA firewall...
- Understand and be able to operate a load balancer device (Citrix).
- Understand and manage network services well: DHCP, SNMP, NAT, VPN, DNS, File sharing, ...
- Knowledge of security technologies such as IPS, NAC, DLP, and Web security, ... of companies such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Symantec, ...
- Design and manage server rooms and network wiring.
- Manage wifi network with many Access points (Aruba wifi controller).
- Experience in network management on the Cloud platform (AWS).
- Build and perform daily monitoring through monitoring tools to respond - handle immediately when network problems arise.
- Plan to deploy, configure, install, maintain, backup, restore, and periodically test the system.
Support projects and users with network-related issues through the ticket management system, email, phone, chat, ...
- Experience in server management on Windows + Linux platforms (minor).
- Ensure IT policies are implemented and applied throughout the system.
- Document the entire process and network system.
- Other IT jobs as assigned by the manager.
- Basic knowledge of programming or bash script, shell script
- English: Able to read and understand IT technical documents in English, and work with technical partners in English via email/chat as needed.

1. Qualification: Graduated from the University of Information Technology; Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
3. Certification: At least one of the following international certifications: CCNP/CCNA, JNCIP/JNCIA, CCSA, MCSA/MCSE
