We are looking for Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator who will:

• Support ongoing Active Directory, Office 365 and preferably Azure configuration, remediation, and documentation efforts for the team.
• Expert professional experience in MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS ADFS, MS VPNs, Office 365.
• Demonstrated experience with O365, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to troubleshoot highly complex multi-tiered enterprise systems that encompass numerous applications and support critical county-wide operations.

• Advanced degree in a related technical field and 3+ years of professional IT experience;
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ900), M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, M365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or other related Microsoft certifications;
• Demonstrated experience in working with system monitoring tools and automation including script building;
• Demonstrated ability to work with end users in a support capacity and respond to Client Trouble Tickets.
• Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.
• English proficiency in verbal and written.
