Job Description

  • Be able to independently complete the import and export business operation process, and have the ability of documents, freight forwarding, transportation and import and export trade business.
  • Have the ability to plan ahead and resolve issues with cargo transportation to guarantee regular cargo shipments.
  • Have improved customer service skills in handling grievances, preserving client happiness, and managing the company's relationships with partners and consumers.
  • Effective team leadership, equitable staff assignment, and onboarding training.
  • Carry out all requests from GM

  • Gender: Male/Female; Age: 28-40 years old
  • Graduate from University
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the freight forwarding industry, in charge of operations & customer service, specifically export and import for businesses.
  • Good at English and Chinese
