We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who will:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems using Java and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and availability.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various systems, including database schema, data storage, and retrieval.
• Lead the deployment of new features and assist in the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong background in Java and ASP.NET.
• Deep understanding of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and the .NET framework, particularly with ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management in Java and .NET environments.
• Expertise in database design and management with SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of security practices, including encryption, authentication, and authorization techniques.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams
