Job Description

1. Training Program Development:

  • Identify training needs with product development and stakeholders.
  • Design curricula, materials, and assessments.
  • Create user guides, tutorials, webinars, and workshops.

2. Training Delivery:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training for end-users.
  • Facilitate interactive learning for encourage participation, knowledge retention, and skill application.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching.
  • Manage training logistics.

3. Training Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Administer post-training assessments and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Update training materials regularly.
  • Report on training metrics.
  • Partner with the product development team to stay informed about new features, updates, and bug fixes.
  • Work with the customer support team to identify common user issues and incorporate solutions into training programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align training initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Stay informed on platform updates.
  • Align training with company goals.
  • Build positive stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 01 year experience in technical training, instructional design, or related fields.
  • Proficient in creating training materials using various tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong technical writing skills for clear and concise documentation.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person training sessions.
  • Adaptability, patience, creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering a positive learning environment.
