  • Repair, maintain CCTV, Access control, Switch, LCD, LED products
  • Manage components and equipment, periodic reports
  • Manage warranty center like KPI set, spare parts application and manage.
  • Manage Collaborative RMA partner sites, report and analysis on RMA data.
  • Customer Training and Visit

Job Requirement

  • Have sparts & warranty center manage experience
  • Science & Engineer background
  • Intermediate or fluent in English or Chinese
  • Good pressure
  • Base in HCM
  • Short-term business trip
