<Job Responsibilities>
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements, perform “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analysis, and align Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the client’s business needs
- Provide Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to clients
- Engage the internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing, and solution delivery
- Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases
- Participate in developing software applications using Salesforce technologies
- Ensure that optimal coding standards are adhered to throughout project delivery, participate in code reviews
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), core user/end-user training on implemented solutions
- Provide support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals)
- Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions, knowledge sharing, and training to newcomers.
- You will be part of a team building a new platform. Salesforce Architects are ultimately responsible for the ‘Solution’ to the given business requirements and understanding the implementation from a technical perspective.
- Translate business requirements and create solution architecture that best leverages the Salesforce platform and aligns with Salesforce best practices for using APEX, data raptor, and integration procedures.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience and Skills:
- Experienced at least 2 full cycles of Salesforce projects in the Solution Architect role
- At least 6 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects
- Rapid comprehension of the client’s system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via a roadmap
- Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solutions in various industries
- Excellent communication skills in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling, and engagement skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on the Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems.
- Analyze business requirements and provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for the Salesforce platform and application solutions, considering integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, scalable, and adhere to best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring, and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design, development, and system integration
- Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal, and contract writing
- Excellent problem-solving skills in the articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual, and impactful manner
- Relevant certifications, ideally in Salesforce-certified
