Job Responsibilities
- Join SAP projects such as implementation/ roll-out/ development/ AMS as ABAP developer or Technical leader (propose solutions, write technical specifications, Coding, Unit Test)
- Propose appropriate technical solutions based on requirements and functional specification (FS)
- Participate in consultation sessions with functional consultants and end-users
- Deliver technical demos or provide technical advice as requested
- Conduct peer review to guarantee adherence to processes, guidelines, and templates
- Communicate with clients, offshore team,….if needed
- Manage, keep track, and follow up on assigned tasks promptly, and escalate countermeasures to supervisors
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders from all locations
- Ensure proper documentation and provide knowledge transfer (Requirements & Technical spec) to support members
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Bridge Engineer for IT projects
・Others:
- Strong task management & organizational skills
- Strong commitment to delivering solutions/products on time and high-quality
<Preferable Skills>
- Knowledge of SAP business processes (SD, MM, FI, PP…) or ABAP is a plus
