- Position Objective/Expectation
- General support for B2B business in Vietnam, purchasing IT hardware from manufacturers and selling it to local corporations as a B2B business.
- Job Responsibilities
- Sales activities, including customer engagement, presales, and post-sales support
- Establish new relationships with Vietnamese suppliers and expand networks with makers in Vietnam
- Assist the company's regional team with all sales matters related to Vietnam
- Operate the Vietnam office, including general requirements and office administrative tasks
- Specifics
- Connecting with customers and receiving order requests from overseas partners (mainly the UK, Europe, etc.)
- Preparing quotes and purchase orders (invoices are supported from the Japanese side)
- Supporting delivery
- Also visiting resellers, attending various meetings, and traveling as needed
(Mostly accepting orders, with 90% being passive customer support, and 10% representing the possibility of developing new customers in the future.)
