135042 - Payroll & Insurance Accountant - IT

RGF's Client - Japanese company specializing in software development and IT services - is looking for Payroll & Insurance Accountant to manage accurate payroll processing and SHUI compliance while ensuring adherence to Vietnamese labor laws and providing financial reporting to foreign management.

• Working Location: Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～25,000,000VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities:
  - Process monthly payroll (salary, bonus, allowance, timesheet and annual leave records) accurately and on time 
  - Handle SHUI procedures: registration, claims, adjustments, and monthly reporting 
  - Manage internal payment processes and ensure compliance with company policies 
  - Ensure compliance with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations relating to labor, personal income tax (PIT), and social, health, and unemployment insurance, as well as applicable reporting requirements of the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV). 
  - Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and filings, and handle ad hoc compliance matters in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. 
  - Prepare payroll and labor reports in English for foreign management 
  - (Preferred) Provide support basic tax matters related to import activities 

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Language Skill: English - Business Level (Able to do reports & communicate)
• Experience: 
  • At least 5 years of experience in Payroll, C&B, and Accounting
  • Experience in an FDI or multinational company
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law, PIT, and insurance regulations
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience or basic knowledge of import/export tax (priority in hiring and offer conditions)
• Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred
