Accounting Analysis And Reporting (1-Year Contract)

JOB PURPOSE

The Financial Analyst and Tax Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, as well as managing tax filings and compliance..

MAIN DUTIES

1. Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.

2. Maintain and update financial records.

3. Maintain vendor master data

4. Prepare supporting documents to state bank at year end

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.

2. Conduct variance analysis and identify trends.

3. Assist to check inventory movement on ERP system.

4. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

5. Making analysis cost fluctuation monthly.

6. Prepare and control incoming, out coming documents in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

7. Maintain vendor master data on accounting system.

8. Maintain tax records and documentation as well as follow supporting documents

9. Support team members for daily task as control cash flow, standardize working process.

10. Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors.

JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

1.       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2.       Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.

KEY COMPETENCIES

1.       Understand accounting laws.

2.       Proficient in office computers
