AI Technical Lead - Build Real AI Solutions For Manufacturing

• Lead AI projects from solution design to production deployment.

• Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing and production environments.

• Build AI-powered applications and internal AI platforms using LLMs, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration tools.

• Develop low-code/no-code AI solutions that help business users create AI chatbots and workflows with less IT dependency.

• Work with IT, software, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code review, and best-practice direction for AI engineers.

• Participate hands-on in development, debugging, deployment, and production support.

• Contribute to AI architecture, scalability planning, technical roadmap, monitoring, and maintainability.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related technical roles.

• Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision projects, preferably in real production environments.

• Experience deploying AI solutions into production systems.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, or similar tools.

• Experience with Generative AI, including LLM applications, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, or AI workflow automation.

• Good understanding of system integration, APIs, deployment workflows, and infrastructure concepts.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• Ability to make technical decisions and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
