I. Key responsibilities:
a. System Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily operations of ERP and related systems (WMS, DMS, HRM, e-Invoice, e-Office etc.).
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs; coordinate with IT for incident response and preventive maintenance.
- Manage release planning, version updates, and system patches.
b. Data Governance & Security
- Manage user access control, data permissions, and role-based security within ERP and connected systems (IAM).
- Work with IT Security to perform vulnerability assessments and patch follow-up.
c. Automation Workflow and integration
- Creativity to develop automation solutions for software, machines, and processes
- Using common Automation tools: N8N, UI Path,...
d. Departmental Support & Training
- Act as the primary support contact for business users in Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Production, etc.
- Guide departments in proper system usage, master data management, and process compliance.
- Prepare SOPs, training manuals, and change logs; organize refresher training sessions.
- Gather improvement requests and prioritize system enhancement backlogs with PM/Dev team.
- Training stakeholders on how to troubleshoot systems.
e. Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain system configuration, integration mapping, and master data.
- Suggest optimization for workflows, automation, or data validation rules to enhance operational efficiency.
