Mô tả Công việc

1. Business application support:

- Daily support users for incidents in Technical & Production: Production management (Production order, maintenance order management), reporting, configuration advisory etc.

2. Full life cycle of software change request:

- Collect change requirement from stakeholder

- Design the function to fulfill the change request

- Develop the function

- Deploy and hyper care

3. People & Communication:

- Provide proper training for end-users, effectively operating the AX ERP system

- Promote the culture of data driven organization

- Cooperate with peer in the cross-function projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated in Information Technology or Computer science.
• 2 years in Microsoft Dynamics AX development (both versions 2012 R3 or D365 is acceptable) is a must.
• Experience with Micosoft's technology stack:
- Microsoft .Net (C#, VB.NET...)
- SQL Server
- PowerBI/ SSIS/ SSRS/ SSAS (Nice to have)
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques (Nice to have)
• Experience working with FMCG industry is preferable.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.
• Experience working with Technical and Production is preferable.
