Role Overview
- Act as the bridge between business users and IT/vendors to translate operational needs into ERP/MES requirements.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of ERP/MES by supporting users, resolving issues, and maintaining system stability.
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting enhancements, new features, and shopfloor digitalization initiatives.
- Support data accuracy, workflow visibility, and manufacturing efficiency through MES, RFID, and shopfloor data-capture processes.
Main Tasks:
- Gather and analyze business requirements; propose suitable solutions within the ERP system
- Provide Level Manager support for ERP and MES users; coordinate with IT/vendors for system issues.
- Perform basic system configuration, UAT testing, create user guides, and conduct end-user training.
- Support implementation and enhancements of manufacturing-related modules, especially MES.
- Monitor and support RFID integration and shopfloor data capture processes.
- Manage helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare regular system reports.
