Role Overview

  • Act as the bridge between business users and IT/vendors to translate operational needs into ERP/MES requirements.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of ERP/MES by supporting users, resolving issues, and maintaining system stability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by supporting enhancements, new features, and shopfloor digitalization initiatives.
  • Support data accuracy, workflow visibility, and manufacturing efficiency through MES, RFID, and shopfloor data-capture processes.

Main Tasks:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements; propose suitable solutions within the ERP system
  • Provide Level Manager support for ERP and MES users; coordinate with IT/vendors for system issues.
  • Perform basic system configuration, UAT testing, create user guides, and conduct end-user training.
  • Support implementation and enhancements of manufacturing-related modules, especially MES.
  • Monitor and support RFID integration and shopfloor data capture processes.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA compliance, and prepare regular system reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information technology, Network security or Management information science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Helpdesk/System Support.
  • Preferred experience with MES, RFID integration, barcode scanning, machine data capture.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, WIP, shopfloor operations, or warehouse workflows.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with vendors and technical teams to deliver system fixes and improvements.
  • Basic English for technical documentation and vendor communication.
