Sports Turf Solutions (STS) is seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support the implementation, optimisation, and long-term success of our Odoo ERP and finance systems across multiple countries in Southeast Asia.
This role will play a key part in rolling out a new ERP and financial system across international operations, ensuring alignment of business processes, financial workflows, and reporting structures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong data analysis background, practical experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience highly advantageous), and a solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial processes including reporting, controls, and compliance.
In addition, this role requires strong project management capability, supporting system implementation from planning through to delivery, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders across multiple countries to gather, analyse, and document business and financial requirements
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Odoo ERP and finance modules
- Map and improve accounting workflows, including AP, AR, GL, reporting, and internal controls
- Assist in the regional rollout of ERP systems, ensuring consistency across entities
- Identify process gaps and recommend efficient, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders
- Develop and maintain business, functional, and financial process documentation
- Lead and support UAT testing, validation, and system sign-off processes
- Design and deliver user training programs and documentation (in English)
- Ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and reporting consistency
- In collaboration with end users, develop management dashboards and reporting outputs
- Act as the key liaison between finance teams, operations, and developers
- Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into business and finance processes
