- Participate in PGI Company's Digital Transformation process as a critical and long-term component.
- Gather information, make an identity request, and share it with the appropriate agencies.
- Examine and simulate procedures.
- Analyze procedures and roles to enhance quality and customer service in line with the Distribution & Retail business strategy.
- In charge of composing and finishing BRD/ISD/FSD updates and documentation pertaining to the system and the project.
- Help the management and development teams create the best possible solutions.
- Always keep a tight eye on the project and serve as a liaison with partners, application development units, and BUs.
- Master data, stream data, and data analysis
- Coordinated system evaluation and assistance
- Assume primary accountability for overseeing, coordinating, supporting, and managing the designated systems.
- Assist with test case preparation, authoring, and execution
- Directly report to the IT PM
