PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, offering logistics software solutions, and driving new business opportunities. This role also involves supporting and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate revenue for the company. By securing new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships, the position directly contributes to the company's growth and market expansion.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Support Sales Activities: Assist in driving sales for LogTecHub’s software solutions and platform services by supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
- Market Research: Conduct research on logistics and technology trends to identify new clients and emerging opportunities.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Help prepare proposals, product demos, and quotations for logistics software projects.
- CRM Management: Update and manage the CRM system, track sales leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers and partners.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project implementation, and billing processes.
- Customer Engagement & Account Management: Assist in customer satisfaction initiatives and help maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
